My complaint:
I searched up gaming chairs, a really cheap one came up, it seemed too good to be true so I triple checked the description and read about the red and black chair, its arm rests etc. There was no picture of a neck pillow on the advertisement. I purchased it for my son for Xmas. When I received the ation email it showed a totally different thing, it was just a black gaming neck pillow. I’m very upset about this and so is my son as I showed him the picture of the chair when I purchased it. I haven’t received this order yet, I have just seen that the description and pictures in the ation emails are totally different to what I paid good money for.
Suggested solution:
I think they should replace the product with what I actually ordered, this is ridiculous. I very rarely shop online and when I do a majority is on wish, so I'm really upset about this and feel like I've been deceived by this advertisement of a gaming chair, when there was no mention of it just being a neck pillow.
