My complaint:
I got charged and money withdrawn from my bank account when these items I ordered were supposed to be discounted and another item I ordered said FREE! I ordered 1 dress and it was marked at $1.66 and it charged me the regular price of $10.45 and then another dress I ordered said FREE and it charged me the regular price of $9-something! What’s up with this! Will I get my money back!? I don’t understand how it can say free and then get charged at regular price? How does this work?!
Suggested solution:
Please either give me the items at prices they were listed at and explain to me how this works.because I'm very confused on why I got charged regular price!
