My complaint:
I ordered a pair of trousers on 27th April and was given a delivery date of 29th April to 11th May. This did not happen. I contacted Wish by email (there is no other way) and after a series of emails back and forth was told the delivery date was now 20th May. This date came and went. I have attempted to get an answer out of Wish, by email, since then as to when I can expect delivery and for tracking information. They avoid answering, just saying they are sorry I am disappointed and that there are problems with delivery due to Covid-19. They have, of course, taken my money.
Suggested solution:
I want the item I ordered and I want it now. Failing this, I want a full refund. I also want Wish to be shown up for the charlatans they are.
