I ordered a dress Elegant Women Crochet Lace on 150220 thru Wish website and as of today 190520 I have not received the goods and for the last two weeks I have requested for a refund and all I get from Customer Support is Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on it’s way. I ordered this dress for my son’s wedding in March 20 and they are now married. I no longer want this dress. If I had known it would take 3 months to be shipped I would not have ordered the item. Even with the Covid-19 I should have been given the option for a refund.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

All I want now is a refund. No excuses, no more repetitive reasons. I also advised that once I receive the goods I will ship the goods back.
I do not want any other options. Just a refund and I should also be refunded for the shipping costs I paid as a good will.
