My complaint:
I made 2 orders early February which should have arrived in March. In April I went to check the customer support who suggested to give it more time.
In May goods still haven’t arrived and now June nothing to be seen and no refund possible.
Suggested solution:
I don't care about the refunds, I want he goods I ordered that should have been with me early April according to the customer support advice.
