My complaint:
Purchased folding table chairs a small trash bin 19th sept 20 22nd Sept 20. Both arrived table chairs missing parts trash bin damaged. The table chairs have a 30 day return policy. I have emailed wish.com customer support on numerous occasions. Unable to find my order history.Even after confusing replies filling instructions. Requesting refund collection of the goods.I have sent I.D, driving licence, banking statements to verify my identity. I have been along standing customer. All my attempts to get help have failed.I have resorted to getting my Bank Pay Pal involved, to try resolve the issues. Now I am left out of pocket left with goods not fit for purpose. It’s now the 18th Oct no response from wish.com or the seller PIHANXUANSHOP. . I have paid £176.13 . Also by the 21st Oct the 30 day return policy will have expired.
Suggested solution:
Look into the matter throwly, call or email me. Check my details properly. Collect goods as per 30 days return promise refund my payments. That would be good customers services.
