My complaint:
I ordered a phone case for my son, I paid for it on 4302020. I’m pissed that I got a phone that money was taken out my account tonight on 512020. I did not give them permission to take any money out my account. I paid for his phone case, so why the hell would you go into my account again and take out $49.48! For what is what I want to know. I had my son to cancel the phone case, and they refunded my money. But the point is don’t go into someone account for something that I didn’t ask for!
Suggested solution:
They need to stop going into people account after you have ordered something from them. I will be reporting this to the BBB.
