My complaint:

I was charged $163.54 for items that were in my cart but not yet ordered. I did not authorize this order and did not authorize the charges!

I have contacted my banks fraud division and

2 weeks ago - They will not accept phone calls even to Customer Support! Sent an email @9:56am today.
