My complaint:

Good morning sirma

I went to a shopping mall to buy some Items in my area last night 26112021. And I paid with my credit card. But I can’t say where I lost my card. So this morning I looked for my card to replace it where I used to keep it but couldn’t find it. Only to discover few minutes later that my card has been used by someone to order items on wish.com.
Please not that I did not make those purchase or transactions. I have details to prove. Please I beg you in God’s name to half those transactions and don’t send those items please and make me a refund please.

I believe. As the details sent to me was written.
Please contact the store to stop delivery of the ordered item please and make me a refund. I didn’t make those orders.

Suggested solution:

They should stop the delivery of the order to the destination. and ask the buyer to provide details to the credit card and I should also provide mine too. To prove who the true owner of the account is. So that I can get a refund
