My complaint:
Someone hacked my account – and requested for a refund , then ordered a new item for their address in Russia.
Raised a complaint with Wish customer support immediately on receiving the notification
However, it has been 5 days and not have not heard from Wish yet.
Suggested solution:
Please take the necessary action.
Please deliver the original item or credit my account with the relevant amount.
