My complaint:
I have contacted Wish about 4 items I purchased and did not receive. These items had due dates from may 14 thru May 16. I checked status of orders and they are still in China. After I sent email for refund Wish went in and changed due dates to May 30. I understand there is a pandemic. However you cannot take my money and keep it for 2 months for products that are locally available now. Furthermore how dare you change the due dates and then write me back and tell me the dates have not passed. I have screenshots from the app with the original due dates. That is fraud and disgusting
Suggested solution:
I want all of my money to be refunded period!
