My complaint:
This is my first time purchasing on this website and one after I purchased I realised all the products and all the prices do not match up you have charged me at least 10 or 15 pounds more than it says on the original thing that made me go into the website on top of that your promo codes that supposedly supposed to give you discount look like they’ve been deducted but they don’t deduct from the actual price and total amount this is fraud I want my money refunded and I need these items to be cancelled or the correct amount to be charged

And I want this to be investigated and I won my money to be refunded if not I want to cancel everything cancel all the orders and I want my refund as due to me I spend a lot of money and that first you don't realise £10 £15 here but after I told the door and I actually added up all the money it doesn't make sense to me so I want a refund that's how you can resolve my complaint and stop charging people money that you don't advertise
