My complaint:
I placed several orders on Wish and they offered option to have them delivered to a store, Holistic Wellness. That shipment was supposed to have 3 shirts and 3 pair of fringe ankle high boots. The store is closed with am eviction notice on the door. The man I spoke to said he told Wish 3 times he was no longer open but they keep sending things. Well, more order contained the 3 shirts, no boots, and a pair of peds. They repeatedly asked me for photos, which I sent them repeatedly. I told them I was getting angry and they stopped replying. I’m out money, the guy from the store has a full mailbox and is no longer answering, and I have several more orders going there that I can’t stop.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money on the shoes and all outstanding orders going to a defunct business. This is mail fraud.
