My complaint:
I just received my Angel perfume that I ordered on Wish. The package looked questionable and came from China. The Angel sticker was not on the bottom of the bottle and the color is darker indicating a higher alcohol content. Do I have to call the Federal Trade Commission?

Credit my pay pal account or send me a chech.
