My complaint:

I have ordered a case of a robot which i have never ever recieved the delivery of the product. I paid for it $25 Canadian. THEIR TRACKING SYSTEM IS NOT CORRECT AND SHOWS AS DELIVERED ON SEP 22ND WHICH IS NOT RIGHT. I HAVE BEEN ALSO TOLD TO WAIT UNTIL OCT 22ND WHICH SINCE OCT 22ND I HAVE BEEN TRYING CONTACT AND LEFT MESSAGES FOR REFUND FOR $25 THAT MUST BE REFUND TO ME. IF THE MONEY NOT REFUNDED I WILL HAVE FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINT YOUR COMPANY FOR DOING FRAUD WITH CUSTOMERS. THEY HAVE NO REPLEY. NO REFUND NO PRODUCT GIVEN.
