My complaint:

On May 22,2021 I ordered an electric treadmill from them. They sent me the tracking number that guarenteed delivery by end of May. Excited as I followed location of package nearing destination. On May 28,2021 I received a notification around 10:30am that package was delivered……..NO PACKAGE received at my residence. I waited few hours until local UPS service center opened at 2:30. I called UPS to inquire about package not received but notification stating item delivered. They verified that tracking number I received was in fact delivered to recipient to whom was not addressed to me or my residence, but yet a local business in a different part of town. Rep also indicated that the tracking number was also originated on Amazon and not Wish! I immediately contacted Wish again to inform and get location of order. They would not refund due to showing delivered. They requested verification to prove tracking being given to another recipient for different product from Amazon. I reached out to company and recipient that sent me verification of matching tracking number,date of receival and product ordered. I sent screenshot of proof to Wish and requested treadmill to be sent to ME with valid tracking number addressed to my residence. It has been days and they are ignoring my inquirie I want the exact item I paid ALOT of money for. They already failed to provide product and delivery by guarenteed date.
