Complaint: Fed up with things not arriving

My complaint:

I have ordered lots of items on wish over the years.
But there is a pattern forming.
If I order it to my house it doesn’t arrive!!!
If I order it to a collection point then it arrives!!!
Either they are not sending the items out that are going to my house or someone is stealing at their end as they can see it’s a home address.
I ordered some items in March. They didn’t arrive surprise surprise.
Yes they gave me a refund like they do on every item.
But I don’t want a refund I want what I ordered.
But I got three messages from Wish on my account on Tuesday the 21st of July!!
JULY being the important month here.
The message said due to us not being able to deliver the goods as they are legally required to. We have enclosed a code for £10 that you will have to use by the 30th of JUNE!!!! I can’t go back in time.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Delivery every item that I have ordered that they have given me a refund for.
I ordered the items so I want the items.
