My complaint:
I purchased an item from wish, and it said it would be shipped here on July 7th. That is almost a month after I ordered it, but I decided it was okay. I did not get it on that date, and checked back to the tracker. It said it is moved to July 27th. This is too long, and their customer support line just says they do not have phone support, and there is no email address. I read that they are legally supposed to ship the product with in a month of ordering it. This is a mess and I want my money back.
Suggested solution:
Cancel my order and refund the money.
