My complaint:
I bought jewelry and I made sure and screen shot every detail and purchase information. I got 2 of my and NEVER received the other. The one I did receive was supposed to be pure 14 kt gold no other material in the jewelry. I was very upset and tried to contact them all I could get was nothing more than a computer that would not let you answer in your own words. They made me do a refund I DID NOT WANT A REFUND I WANT THEM TO HONOR THERE WORD AND MAKE IT RIGHT. IM VERY EXTREMELY UPSET THAT I WASTED MY TIME AND EFFORT BEING SCAMMED AND THEY DECEIVED ME. THEY REFUNDED MY MONEY BUT I WAS GIVEN NO OTHER OPTION IT WAS GET A WISH CREDIT OR WAIT 7 DAYS FOR MY MONEY SO I TOOK THE CREDIT JUST TO SEE HOW DECEITFUL AND MUCH OF A SCAM THIS COMPANY IS AND ORDERED SOMETHING ELSE AND IT WAS FAKE AND MADE SURE OF THE WORDING USED ON THE DESCRIPTION. THIS IS WRONG IT IS A SCAM, VERY DECEITFUL AND FRAUDULENT COMPANY. THIS IS VERY WRONG TO DECEIVE PEOPLE AND SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SELL ANYTHING IF THAT IS THE WAY THEY RUN THERE COMPANY.
Suggested solution:
I feel as thou wish should honor the product and do what is right. I should have had a choice to make a real response on this matter and they should give me what I ordered a real 14kt gold bracelet and rings because that's what I bought. They should all give us the option to respond in our words. Because if u take the credit which I was forced to do so or keep there fraudulent product. That is very wrong but that's how they get away with fraud. They say we gave u ur money back but I was forced to do one or the other and that is not right. Also my other item I have not received at all and keep getting there stupid system or get my money I'm still waiting they said it's in my town somewhere. wow really. I want my product and I want what it says I ordered not fake stuff. Not my money the real thing that's what it said.
