My complaint:
After waiting FIVE weeks for my delivery, I Enquired with the computer wish assistant. It informed me that there had been an attempted delivery of my products. I had received NO CARD in my mailbox at home, so I called my post office.
THERE WAS NO ITEM. THERE WAS NO ATTEMPTED DELIVERY.

Put the right delivery dates on the forms
Suggested solution:
Give me my products for free and a voucher for the same value for the trouble they cause.
Or perhaps they should just shut down due to incompetence.
