My complaint:
1. picture is of multicoloured hooks in zippered case. Received cloth pencil case with plastic sewing needles and wooden crochet hooks.
2. Protective box for ekectric scissors is broken – not in transit as piece broken off is not in the packaging.
Suggested solution:
1. Send me the crochet hook set which is advertized.
2. Please send me a new box. The scissors themselves are good.
