My complaint:
-Goods sent not what was ordered even tho scanned.
Using Product knock offs. Advertised product looks like like champion sweat shirt and pants when u order. What is sent is flimsy and altho looks like champion spelling on product it is not. Sizing is wrong snd material is cheap
Customer service is no help and ask numerous times to send pictures snd if no help, note do they care a different and or inferior or fake product is sent instead
Suggested solution:
Reimburse the customer and send a return label to send wrong product back
Check the merchandise that is being advertised, that it is a real product not a knock off. Don’t do business with people who are sending inferior, fraud or midsized products.
