Complaint: false advertising on promos that are not applied, lack of communication to cancel orders before they are dispatched, inferior products that are not what they are advertised to be.

My complaint:

On the 17th August a promo WISHSALE came online that said 50% off ones order. The promotion finished 17th . I compiled an order and went to checkout where the whole order went through automatically before I had a chance to type in the promo code. I did not get 50% off the order and when I complained I was told I did not apply the code and therefore I had to pay full price. I said to cancel the order to ‘Lauren’ who obviously did not stop it and the order has now been sent through. I am told to get a refund I have to wait to receive each individual item( loosing the postage cost) then send the item back More postage cost). At the end of this long process everything I paid will go in postage!
Not a good enough service and I will never order from Wish again, nor recommend it.
Finally, Wish advertises falsely because items are not what they advertised to be.
For example I ordered ‘Oro-Aroma Violet essential oil’ and ‘Oro-Aroma Neroli essential oil’ which was stated to be from Italy.
It arrived and it is a cheap product from CHINA that has no smell and is definately NOT essential oil.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

IFull refund of my order, including shipping.
Look at their online shop products and stop false advertising.
Do not tell customers they are getting quality products for worthless junk from China.
