My complaint:
Almost impossible to get hold of anyone. They give you a phone number only to tell you there is no phone support.
On their website, you will notice a price but when you choose size or color price goes up (Bait and Switch). Live chat is a computer. I have spent the better part of 2 weeks trying to get a return label and to your surprise the best insult you will have to pay to ship it back.
At best its just cheaply made china seconds with rip-off operators.

Send shipping label
Pay to return Item
Refund my money
Close your doors and stop ripping people off.
