First complaint is that wish frequently has sales where the items are priced at $.50. The thing about that is that only the first person to try to buy it for the day gets it. Before I read the fine print I would go down the product list buying and buying. Later to receive a notice that my transaction was not timely and that I could get a refund or wish credit. But mind you the purchase took the money instantly. It’s been over sixty days in some instances and I haven’t received my refund yet. Next I confused the i12 at wish for the iPhone 12. I believed that the incredibly low price was another one of those first come sales. It was not. The add said that the casing was metal. It was not. I had googled the phone and purchased a real iPhone while waiting 70 days for the fake iPhone to arrived. So when it came I didn’t even open the box. I simply started the return process. There is absolutely no human you can speak with. And the automated service said that it would contact me about a refund. That was two weeks ago. They asked me for photos. These proved that it had never been opened. Still no word from them.
