My complaint:
i ordered 4 items at £1 along with my order as they were sale items. But all sale items were not processed. so i want the whole order cancelled and refunded. they cant advertise £1 pound items then tell you that you cant have them. i ordered extra items in good faith after i ordered the sale items and they took my money . but then said the sale items would be refunded. i find this crafty and untrustworthy, and i will let trust pilot know too
Suggested solution:
either give me all items ordered or refund the whole orders. i feel cheated
