My complaint:
I saw a remote-controlled car I wanted to purchase. The add showed a full grown man holding it appeared to be three ft. long and at least a foot high, Then it went on to show the same man standing on top of it. It also said it was capable of speeds up to 45 kls. When the thing arrived it was less than an Ft. long if a two-year-old stood on it he would crush it I thought alright it’s small but if it does all the things it’s supposed to do I can live with it. Top speed snail’s pace battery charge , the charger does not work the child cried the whole day and his Granddad Felt like a complete jerk who promised something he did not deliver
Suggested solution:
send me what I ordered, screwing me is one thing, making me look bad to my grandson,I will not tolerate these people need to know that if this is not resolved immediately I will contact a lawyer get a list of other unsatisfied clients and sue for proper compensation
