My complaint:
I bought two phones from Wish but when they arrives they were not legitimate.
Memory, speed etc were not as advertised.
They arrived with malware preinstalled.
On complaining they sent back 50% of the payment.
Their ‘agent’ system seems to be designed to delay and go round and round endlessly.
Suggested solution:
1) Full refund
2) Cease selling these fake items
3) Cease supplying items with malware included.
