My complaint:
On 1122021 I ordered an Apple iPhone XR for delivery scheduled on 11621 with full refund available if item does not arrive by 1202021. The item never arrived and the current status of shipment from FedEx states “order received for processing” Wish customer service(automated) states no refund available because order has been shipped which according to FedEx is totally untrue.
Suggested solution:
As a first priority I want the item I ordered as there is nothing on their website that says the item is out of stock or unavailable. Second priority if the item is not available I want a full cash refund consistent with their policy which says that if the item has not been received by 1202021 a full refund will be sent.
