My complaint:

Your last email said my order would be delivered by May 20. I STILL have not received the order nor do I have any tracking information. This order was placed on April 20. I am sick and tired of the lack of information and the total lack of communication from your company. I can’t call because you say we are not answering calls at this time. I can certainly see why you aren’t answering calls. I have dealt with many companies, large and small, but I have never experienced customer servie as POOR as yours!!!!!! You continue to say thanks for your patience, your order is on the way. Well my PATIENCE has run out. You have had my money for over a month. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANOTHER PRODUCET FROM YOUR COMPANY AND I WILL CERTAINLY SPREAD THE WORD TO ANYONE THINKING ABOUT BUYING SOMETHING FROM YOUR COMPANY!!!! I would appreciate a phone call, if you know how to use a phone, to let me know that your company even exists.

Give me my order. Give me tracking info. Answer the phone. Quit sending canned messages saying my order is on the way.
