My complaint:

Purchased item from WISH which was never delivered. They have no way to contact there customer support by phone, only automated assistant. They refused to deliver package or provide a refund.

Deliver package or refund cost delivery charged. Implement a customer support feature that can assist customers who have issues with there purchases.
