My complaint:

ISSUE1

Failed repayments after limited edition items

I still haven’t received the repayments after limited edition items (the merchant offers more items on a promotedlow price for sale to a buyer who was made the first successfully transaction about it-the winner will notify by the merchant about it and the others will get back their money to the used payment’s device-usually credit card).

I was also idicated that to the local and international support so far without any results.

The repayments period(10 business days)-after their business policy-was already over.

ISSUE2

Cancel orderspurchases

I can’t cancel my orderspurchases despite also i was already indicated this of my intention -so far without any results-to the customer service refer on their business policy.

About the cancel of purchase(also see at the attachment):

Disclaimer Cancellation – Residents of the European Union may cancel their purchase for 30 days from the date of purchase.

So i also still haven’t received back my money after this orderspurchases so far.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Transfer me the remains repayments after ISSUE1 and ISSUE2 ASAP 20% extra rate for the delay or deliver me the orderedpurchased items without any extra fees which wasn't repaid for me so far.
