My complaint:

It’s not fair that you fail to deliver the item that I ordered in May and then you say it’s not refundable .It’s your duty to follow up the merchandise . And it’s your duty to inform the customer that it’s not available before the the refund expires I should not be penalized because you Fail to deliver.
