My complaint:
I order a poly gel nail kit on November 19th. My item should’ve arrived today (December 16) I didnt get any tracking information for days at a time. When I was finally able to contact a support agent for my item about my package being late, they refunded me for my order but I didn’t ask for a refund. I just wanted to know when my package would arrived.
Suggested solution:
Fix their whole app!!
