My complaint:
I ordered an e-bike from wish.com. It was Wish order number 61042254ba6111b95cb99095. Whgvghxch is the selling store name. I ordered a 26in mountain ebike in the amount of $349.00 plus $12.00 shipping. I contacted Wish shortly after placing my order because something didn’t feel quite right.
They assured me that everything was okay but the store was legit and I would be receiving my product. As far as I’m concerned wish is a big culprit participating in the scam. Reason being they led me around in circles until the refund window closed. I eventually received a UPS tracking number:1z805yr31386999365.
I contacted ups and spoke with the gentleman who told me that that tracking number was a scam. That tracking number eventually so delivered. The delivery receipt ation so he delivered to my address which never happened. It also showed that the item that was delivered at 1:30 on the specific day was 2.40 lb an e-bike as we all know weighs a hell of a lot more than two and a half pounds.
The second time I contacted UPS Amy helped me she was sarcastic and rude and wound up hanging up on me when I asked to speak with the supervisor. Bad show UPS your participating in the scam too. No offer of help from UPS at all. I’ve got hundreds of emails from wish and to wish that just leads me around in circles until every window closes every opportunity to exist.
They just keep the money. Well if this doesn’t work I’m going to find a way to sue them along with UPS and probably my credit card company. Who should have reversed the charge because it was fraud and a scam. Pedal my credit card company bad form your participating in this too as far as I’m concerned.
Suggested solution:
Wish.com needs to refund my money. The $349 I paid for the bike and the $12 shipping. I have to laugh $12 to ship nothing that ever shipped got charged to me as well. Wish I\\\'ll never use you again. And I will bad mouth you to everybody I speak with and let everybody know what you\\\'ve done to me.
