My complaint:
I selected an item based on listed price as $16.00.
Shipping charges added as $11.00
Total amount shown before checkout was $37.00 and i agreed to proceed to checkout.
Once i entered card details, the total amount deducted was $48.00 ?? What type of dodgy service is it?
Suggested solution:
I would like to get refund of $11.00 ASAP
