My complaint:
Your seller massively overcharged for shipping and then had it sent to an amazon locker instead of my home, without my consent or knowledge. The item has been delivered but I have no access to the locker to retrieve the item.
Suggested solution:
refund Item and shipping, remove seller, and send a detailed letter telling me how you will change your company practices to make sure this never happens again. If that can’t be done then refund every single order that was placed and has not been delivered yet. I don’t care if it’s been shipped already. If it has t been delivered then cancel it and refund my
