My complaint:
Wish in Essence has refused to give me proof as to the account number that they used to process a CreditReturn due to Shipping taking too Long. They advised that they returned the amount of $53.59 to the same Visa Debit Card on the 922021 and stated that it can take anything up to 14 Business Days (Historically these returns are taking my bank 2 days to process back into my account. I asked my bank to assist me around the end of February. Wish were provided with 3 weeks of transactions to prove without any doubt that the said transaction DEFINATELY was not processed. I have a Disability (I can barely walk – from Cancer and Chemo) I had to physically get to the branch to sign a disclosure statement allowing me to release details of my account to in essence a 3rd Party – despite me advising Wish on a number of occasions that the said CREDIT was never made on there behalf. I copied my branch and the officer in question told me to ask WISH to provide some evidence on their behalf as to the destination Account, Wish have just ignored me in totality
Suggested solution:
I am a Pensioner recovery from the removal of a very agressive malignant tumour, I rarely leave my Unit. Despite my repeated advices that the said amount of $53.59 was DEFINATELY not received, WISH made the onus rest with my bank. My Bank Printed out a statement for the whole month of February, of which I had no option to attend and go through trying to find this amount. All in all I and the branch officer Shane Steadman from the Bank of Melbourne has researched Suspense accounts and the amount or ex shipping $44.00 even doesn't appear, I can provide the entire email trail as at this morning unless they are prepared to and Show me the account or some verification I have advised them ALL Unshipped Orders are to be cancelled IMMEDIATELY and refunded in FULL with no further questions asked, this amount of $53.59 I really don't care where it comes from - but by COB tomorrow night - 1232021 it and all other owing amounts are refunded as I no longer have ANY Confidence in the Honesty and Integrity of WISH
