My complaint:
I received 2 orders of shoes that were very cheaply made and didn’t look like the photo. I asked for a refund. Wish customer support agreed. They ed that I’d be receiving a refund for both pairs. However, I just received one refund. All the links I’ve tried to contact customer support don’t work. When I go on the website and click on customer support, the page doesn’t load. I’ve tried many times, different times of the day.
Suggested solution:
Acknowledge that they promised me a refund for both pairs and send my refund.
