My complaint:

I placed an order back in October. I was to have it delivered to a local store here and I was going to pick it up. I know it sometimes takes a few months to get items from Wish, so I waited. When I checked to see what the status was it said I had been issued refunds for all items because the time to pick them up had passed. No one called, emailed or texted to let me know the items where at the store to pick up. How was I supposed to know my order was in if no one contacted me?? Not happy,

Suggested solution:

They should just send my order to my house directly. I thought I would try a less expensive way (for shipping) to pick it up at a local store. That did not work out well at all.
