Wish complaint: Did not receive what I ordered and paid for.

My complaint:

On the 18th of October I ordered a cell phone and a seat cover I received the seat cover but instead of the phone I received a set of earbuds which I don’t need I paid a total of $95 , not happy at all. Regards Kees Speyer
