My complaint:

In May of 2020,I ordered several items for my daughters. Everytime I checked tracking I was basically told it was delayed bc of Covid. Time and time again. Checked into August and still delayed. I finally remembered to check back and now they are saying its too late to get a refund? The items amount to $58.70! Why should I not receive a refund for items that never made it to me. All say they arrived in destination country and then nothing. No more updates since arriving to destination country in early June 2020.
