I purchased 250 masks in June and have not received my masks. I also ordered something to clean with and never got it. When I go on wish App to report this they are giving me the run around about refunding my money. I emailed customer support several times and they keep referring me to the response option and there is no option that says “that you didn’t get your item “ so you cannot click on another option because nothing else pertains to me not getting my item or money back. I think they do this to discourage you from getting your item or money back
