My complaint:
I ordered a thermometer. I live in West Bend WI. Received an email my item was delivered. I did not get it. Checked with Post Office. My package was delivered to a home in Milwaukee WI. So Wish has it as delivered.
Contacted some sort of Customer Service and they said for $5 they could direct me to an area where I could put in my complaint again!
Suggested solution:
They can check address on package they sent out and see it was not my address in West Bend WI..and send me my item. It was their error.
You cannot ever talk to a real person.
If you are smart don't order from this company they owe me $21.00.
