My complaint:
I placed an order first week of April expected delivery was May 3rd. When may 3rd came and went they changed the delivery window to May 18th then a third time to now june 2nd and the tracking stopped updating after april 16th. After contacting wish may 13th they told me to contact them if my order wasnt received by may 18th. When I contacted them they told me I’m still in my delivery window(they keep changing) and that i dont qualify for a refund.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money instead of falsely referring to my missing order as within a delivery window that they keep changing. Especially since they cant even provide tracking information on. Infact one email they sent admitted that my order had past the ETA window and told me to file for a refund on their website, yet there is no option for a refund. When I pointed this out they told me a refund option isnt there because I'm in my delivery window (after already stating I'm past my delivery window). So frustrating!!
