My complaint:
Dear Wish Team,
I am regular customer ordering via your App.
There seems to big mistake in delivery of my order.
Let me explain with follows-
Flow of transaction as follows – ( Also attached all the required screenshot for your reference in the said email)
1. 2nd May 2021- Place order on Wish App for this item with seller store named as xujiahao8865(5star rating)for delivery to Mumbai ,Maharashtra. Order ID: 608ef137312691291502f47b
2. 2nd May 2021-vReceived email for order ation and payment successfull via credit card
3. 6th May 2021- wish updated delivery shipment picked up from Hong kong to india via tracking no.2967038351 though DHL Express
4. 12th May – DHL updated delivery of way billno. no.2967038351 to Kalol to Mr Mayank, Gujarat instead of Mumbai Maharashtra to Mr. Satish.
5. called to DHL Express Customer centre they asking for Seller name which replied as a) given in point no. 1 xujiahao8865 which not accepted b) wish , not accepted. Now they insisting seller name withou which they cant help. I dont have any invoice from wish except email in point no.2 6.
6. Tried to reach wish but no contact no. except for app based customer service which just robotic replies without giving any resolution. No calling etc where can get clarification.
FINALLY I DIDNT HAVE DELIVERY OF PRODUCT. MY PAYMENT DEBITED by WISH. DHL Express courier agency not replying.
I request you to help me in the said issue by giving revert to the email and calling on India 91 9987218029.

Wish Should give my product back or my money back with damages 100% of amount paid
I had the exact thing happen 4 times with Wish Ebike orders. I believe this is a scam. I have contacted the FTC in the U.S. to investigate.
