Complaint: Delivery of my orders delayed everytime

My complaint:

Good day
My orders have arrived in my country ( South – Africa ) and would have been delivered to me two weeks ago.
Then there was a postponement of another two weeks , delivery 15 Sep and 16 Sep .
Now , there is another delayed date of delivery 29 Sep and 1 Oct.
Why the delays if my orders have arrived in my country , and wait for delivery over 2 months ?
I have placed and paid for my orders in June 2020

Suggested solution:

Send my orders to me ....ASAP and stick to the delivery dates...15 and 16 Sep 2020
