My complaint:
Ordered some summer dresses at the end of may hoping to get it quickly so that I’ll actually get to wear them this summer. The initial delivery date was end of June. Then it got push back to mid-July and then mid-August and now the expected delivery date is mid-September. I contacted Wish support twice already and they keep giving me the same answer. That they can’t issue a refund because ‘I’m still within the estimated delivery window’. They say that ‘in the event that my package is significantly delayed and I don’t receive my package by the most updated estimated delivery date’, then I can request a refund. But how am i suppose to be able to do that, when they keep changing the estimated delivery date??? So, if they keep changing this date forever, then I’ll never be able to get a refund? This doesn’t make sense to me. What do they mean by ‘significantly delayed’? Is 3 months a reasonable time delay? This is so ridiculous, by the time I get my things (that is if I even get them) I won’t even be able to wear them because summer will be over.
Suggested solution:
I don't even want those dresses anymore since I won't be able to wear it this summer. I simply want a refund!!!
