My complaint:
Hi there I have order a mountain bike the foldable I’m only asking if Is this item is still arriving or no? Because if it’s yes is good but if no and I receive a refund it’s ok but it’s not good because of my criditcard there’s still a interest. Wish this is the 3rd time that my order is not arrive. I waste. Money for the interest of my credit card. The delivery date is November 3 2020 but until now it’s not arrived

Make sure the item is arrive and they need a contact to a carrier. That’s why costumer is not disappointed.
