My complaint:
Ordered my top over a month ago still no sign of it and keep having delivery date changed getting really fed up with it now was quick enough to take my money though and before I hear the virus excuse again I’ve ordered things after this top from other online companys and already recieved them from overseas as well so not really a valid excuse anymore shocking delivery waiting times have the cheek to charge for post and packaging as well yet take for ever to deliver joke!!!
Suggested solution:
Simple stop making excuses and deliver my top that I have PAID for and instead of a useless support system where no questions are asked just another excuse exercise by the way actually have someone you can speak to really not impressed with the standard of service at all poor at best
